Substitutes for Fresh Lime Juice
- Fresh Lemon JuiceUse equal amount; brighter, less tartclose
- 2 oz (side shot)Prosecco
Method
- Combine vodka, liqueur, purée, and lime in shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously 12 seconds.
- Strain into chilled martini glass.
- Float halved passionfruit on top.
- Serve Prosecco in a shot glass on the side.
