- Fresh Lime JuiceUse equal amount; more tart, tropicalclose
- 0.75 ozHoney-Ginger Syrup
- 0.25 ozIslay Scotch Float
Method
- Combine blended scotch, lemon, and syrup in shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously 12 seconds.
- Strain over large ice cube in rocks glass.
- Float Islay scotch on top by pouring over back of spoon.
- Garnish with candied ginger.
