- 2 ozGosling's Black Seal Rum
- 4 ozGinger Beer
- 0.5 ozFresh Lime Juice
Substitutes for Fresh Lime Juice
- Fresh Lemon JuiceUse equal amount; brighter, less tartclose
Method
- Fill highball glass with ice.
- Pour lime juice over ice.
- Add rum.
- Top with ginger beer — do not stir.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
